Protecting your information

ineed will not provide your personal information to any third party except if required to do so by law. Any member of ineed can request at anytime information regarding inquiries from a third party.

From time to time ineed will email it’s members with information about promotions or anything else that ineed may feel appropriate to inform its members of. Upon request we will immediately remove any member from any mailing list.

 

We do use email as a means of receiving feedback from our members, and we encourage you to email ineed with your questions or comments. We can receive your email at info@ineed.co.nz

 

Membership registration on ineed

ineed requires a registration form to be completed to become a member. This form will require contact and demographic information. ineed may use your contact information to keep you updated about our company and promotional material. Your contact information is also used to contact you when necessary.

Updating Your Personal Information

Using the MiProfile account on ineed you can alter your personal information, including changing your email address, password, phone number, etc.

 

Delivery Address Details

ineed holds no delivery addresses at all. Any delivery address will be only exchanged between the NEEDER and the SUPPLIER.

 

Password

At all times you will be responsible for all activity under your user name, email address and password. ineed does not recommend that you disclose your password to any one else. If you choose to disclose your user name, email address and password or any of your information with anyone else, then you will be responsible for all activity undertaken with this information.

Credit Card Security

ineed has robust systems in place to protect the security of your credit card information.

ineed protects your credit card information during transmission by using the Secure Sockets Layer, which encrypts your information when transmitted over the Internet. ineed retains only partial card details. However they may be held by either Direct Payment Solutions (DPS) (review their Privacy Policy) provider and processor of the credit card transaction.

When you choose to top up your ineed account by credit card you may be given the option to store this card for the next time. If you choose this option your credit card details will be encrypted and securely stored by DPS.

 

ineed strongly recommends that you logout when you have finished using your ineed account especially if you are accessing ineed through a shared computer.

Membership Removal

If you wish to have your registration removed from our directory for any reason, you may send us an email requesting this.

 

Updates with regard ineed information practices

At different time’s ineed may make changes to our information practices or alter the functionality of its Web-site. ineed will update this privacy policy as required, so please take the time to periodically review this page for the latest information.
