Description: Telecom must take the cake in my book for the worst customer service possible. Last year had problems with my e mailand after spending several hours geting shunted from pillar to post by someone in an overseas call centre finally gave up trying to fix the problem that still exists to this day. Ever tried to complain to Telecom?? Impossible. Dont you just love the automated voice?? The voice asked me if I would like to take part in a customer service survey at the end of my call, selected yes hoping that I would be able to give real feedback, hung on after my call finished and waiting, waiting, waiting for a survey that never came.
Was contacted by one of their sales reps who said he would give me a super package, took the offer only to find out from my wife (that usually does this sort of thing,) that we now had less but were paying considerably more. Going to cost $300 to get out of it so we are stuck on this plan till the end of this year. They are now offering the same plan for $99, we are paying $130, what a rip off. Only problem is all the others are the same, promise the world and deliver bugger all. Would really love to see other feed back on this issue.
