Description: Jay is an old friend of mine who worked for New Zealand Employment Service in Hamilton New Zealand about 12 years ago.

He moved to Australia, I think to the Gold Coast and although I contacted him from time to time his location now is unknown to me.

He has also worked in the education sector as a school inspector and may now be doing something of a similar nature in Aussie.
