I am totally aware of the need to present a dwelling to its new owner in pristine condition and believe that in the end customer satisfaction is assured by the final presentation of the home.
For builders cleans
• Clean all interior and exterior windows. (Ground level only)
• Vacuum interior carpets
• Wet wash interior vinyl’s, tiles and other interior hard floor surfaces
• Remove protective coverings from baths, showers, basins and clean
• Clean interior surfaces of all kitchen cupboards, wardrobes and linen storage areas
Show Home Cleaning
• By separate arrangement
My service does not include the cleaning up or removal of trade debris as this is the responsibility of the trade’s person involved.
The cost for my service is $1.75 per square meter. Travel outside of Hamilton City will incur a travel rate of .75c per k.m.
