Due to productivity and manufacturing demands, we are seeking an experienced fault finding, problem solving Maintenance Fitter/Welder to join the engineering team.

Due to the diversity of our maintenance requirements, we are seeking an experienced engineer with both mechanical and ideally electrical experience (EST A or willing to complete EST A) with an ability to read, understand and follow CAD drawings for fabrication work.As part of a team that maintains all site equipment and services you will need to have hands-on experience with themaintenance of Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Gas equipment. Fitting, turning and welding experience are absolutely necessary, a working understanding of electrical control systems and automated processes is required.

In this fast moving environment, you will need to be adaptable, able to hit the ground running, think on your feet and be prepared to work under pressure and on call.

To be a serious candidate you will have the following:-
- Trade qualified in Mechanical / Electrical maintenance
- Minimum of 5 year hands on experience in both electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Broad hands-on experience with Fitting, turning and welding mechanical, pneumatics and hydraulics

Specific experience in the Plastic Extrusion / Rotomolding industry would be beneficial
